It's been my great privilege to continue the long-running, backyard
astronomy program started by Jack Horkheimer - Star Gazer. The
producers of the show, WPBT2 in Miami, Florida have revamped the show
and renamed it Star Gazers. I am joined by James Albury, Director of
the Kika Silva Pla Planetarium in Gainesville, Florida as hosts. The
format and content won’t change too much but we hope to make the
graphic design folks try out some new bells and whistles. For a
behind the scenes look at Star Gazer, please visit Astronomy
Magazine’s blog page:
http://cs.astronomy.com/asycs/blogs/daves-universe/archive/2011/09/16/guest-blog-from-star-hustler-to-star-gazers-by-dean-regas.aspx
And you can watch all of this month’s programs at the Cincinnati
Observatory website: http://www.cincinnatiobservatory.org/stargazer.html
Thanks and…
“Keep Looking Up!”
