Daylight Saving Time Begins Sunday 2:00 a.m. 



Sunday morning (2014 March 9) at 2:00 a.m. Standard Time, clocks in most
 of the nation will "spring-ahead" one hour (to 3:00 a.m. Daylight 
Saving Time). Many people have asked why this time change always occurs at 2:00 in the morning.
